THIS IS PREDOMINANTLY A PROBLEM IN NORTHERN PART OF US. HOWEVER, THESE ARE VEHICLE PEOPLE BUY TO DRIVE ON BAD ROADS SO THEY SHOULD NOT DETERIORATE AND BECOME A DANGER TO DRIVE.
